Accessibility
Designed to remain usable across motion, theme, input, and screen size.
Provotics aims toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The site has been self-reviewed, but it has not completed an independent conformance audit and no VPAT or formal accessibility conformance report is currently issued.
Implemented features
- Keyboard-operable navigation, search, forms, dialogs, and primary controls.
- Visible focus states and semantic labels for interactive controls.
- Dark and beige display modes with persistent preference.
- Reduced-motion support and a global pause control for decorative video.
- Text descriptions for silent background video and meaningful alternative text for content images.
- Responsive layouts that do not require a fixed desktop viewport.
- Status and error messages exposed through appropriate live regions where practical.
Known limits
- No independent WCAG audit, assistive-technology test matrix, VPAT, or ACR is available yet.
- Some dense scientific tables require horizontal scrolling on small screens.
- Interactive scientific visualizations may need a clearer text equivalent as they evolve.
- Downloaded PDF output relies on the browser print engine and is not guaranteed to produce tagged PDF.
Compatibility goal
The public site is intended to work with current versions of major browsers, keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom, increased text size, reduced-motion preferences, and common screen readers. This is a goal, not a certification claim.
Report a barrier
