Submit a tumor's RNA-seq gene-expression profile (a table of genes and their expression values, not a raw DNA/RNA letter sequence). Provenance-2 reads it and returns the site of origin, calibrated confidence, and the wider portrait. Research and educational use only, not a medical device.
Your profile
A real expression profile (gene-level counts, TPM, or FPKM-UQ). At least 1,000 genes; the full ~3,882-gene panel or your whole RNA-seq quantification works best.
Load a clearly-labeled synthetic sample profile so you can try the flow end to end. It is not real patient data, and because it is synthetic the model may flag it as low-coverage or out of distribution, which is the honest behaviour you want to see.
